LLP Annual Filing in Pune (Form 8 & Form 11)

Every LLP — active or not — must file Form 11 (due 30 May) and Form 8 (due 30 October). We keep both on time.

Overview

Late LLP filing attracts Rs.100 per day per form with no cap, which builds up fast on a dormant LLP. We prepare and file both forms accurately and on time.

So a small or inactive LLP never quietly accumulates a large penalty.

Frequently asked questions

Does an LLP with no business still file?

Yes — both Form 11 and Form 8 are mandatory even with nil activity.

What are the due dates?

Form 11 by 30 May; Form 8 by 30 October.

Is an LLP audit required?

Only above turnover/contribution thresholds; below them, Form 8 can be self-certified.

Can Form 11 be filed without Form 8?

They serve different purposes and both are mandatory annually — Form 11 reports partner/contribution details, Form 8 reports the financial position.

Does a newly incorporated LLP need to file in its first year?

Yes, based on whichever period has elapsed since incorporation up to the relevant filing date, even if that period is short.

What if partner contribution details changed during the year?

This is reflected in Form 11, and depending on the nature of change, may also require a separate change-related filing.
